Edit: His design has changed, so here's the new design replacing the old one!

My new OC Cicero :dummy: This is a pic of him with his basic armor on. He is made for the world of EBC, and I hope to become a member there if new spots open up ;)

I happy with how he turned out :D First time drawing a serval :) Still getting used to PSE. Keep messing with the layers xD Anyway, I'd like to hear what you think! :la:

Thank you! :D I'm not sure yet! Not Air, because they have enough servals :P I'm waiting to see which spots open up in the different Empires. I've already written his history and personality etc. so when they open up, I'll make the App, and send a join request as soon as possible ^_^
